New 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class Overview
The Mercedes-Benz GLA returns for 2018 with multiple updates. Available hands-free access allows opening and closing of the trunk with the movement of a foot. LED high-performance headlamps, standard on the GLA45, are available. New seat covers, restyled trim elements and chromed control panels are introduced. The 8-inch media display and instrument gauges are restyled. New options include a 360-degree view via four cameras that offers a virtual top view of the vehicle or 7 split-screen views. The Mercedes-AMG GLA45 returns with a restyled rear spoiler lip and rear diffuser, new air intake grilles, front bumper and front splitter insert. The dashboard, upholstered with MB-Tex vinyl with red contrast stitching and spanned by new printed matte trim with a gloss surface. Freshened instrument cluster. The AMG SPEEDSHIFT 7-speed transmission gets shorter ratios in gears 3 thru 7. An extensively equipped, distinctive AMG Performance Studio Package is available.
