VW decided to expand its full size van model range with a new addition called the Volkswagen Transporter Rockton 4MOTION, which as you can see is oriented towards out-door activities and off-road terrains.
The Volkswagen Transporter Rockton 4MOTION which is based on the latest Kombi model and features a series of upgrades that include a Haldec based 4-wheel drive system, a differential lock on the rear axle, a stronger suspension and 33 mm higher ground clearance.
In case customers want more than the list of features mentioned above, then they will have go choose either the Expedition or the Protective package, both versions offering extra added equipment.
On the Volkswagen Transporter Rockton 4MOTION Expedition the automaker offers 16 inch all-terrain tires wrapped around reinforced steel wheels, an upgraded transmission, more suitable for off-road operation and a pair of removable seats.
On the Volkswagen Transporter Rockton 4MOTION Protective version customers also get protective underbody plates which are useful when driving over rocks for example.
Pricing for the Volkswagen Transporter Rockton 4MOTION starts at 34,545 Euro.
