We’ve already seen the 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan facelift thanks to a leaked brochure that surfaced online a few months ago, but this next photo is much clearer, and it appeared ‘by mistake’ on the automaker’s German site.
As the image shows the 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan facelift looks sharper, and is alligned with the rest of the automaker’s models in terms of design, with the main changes applied to the front bumper, the grille and the headlights which now integrate LEDs.
The facelift version Volkswagen Tiguan will be offered with newly designed alloys, and even though the back end is not visible in this photo, LED taillights are also expected.
Powertain options and transmission are expected to be carried over from the outgoing model, with slight improvements in terms of consumption and emissions.
We’ll be back with more details as the German automaker is most probably going to release official details and photos with the 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan facelift pretty soon.
