British automotive reporters from Autocar are talking about VW planning a new niche model – the Volkswagen Passat CC estate.
This rumor is apparently being fueled by anonymous sources in Germany who already know that the Volkswagen Passat CC estate won’t make it across the Atlantic. As far as engine options the Volkswagen Passat CC estate will probably use the same units found of the regular 4-door coupe version.
The final ok that will green light production for the Volkswagen Passat CC estate will be given in September, when the company’s boar members will vote.
