Italdesign Giugiaro has prepared two concepts for this year’s Geneva Motor Show, both marking the well known Italian design studio’s integration into the Volkswagen Group.
Both these Volkswagen Italdesign concepts are unnamed at this point, as secrecy was most probably intended to be kept until the time of the show. However, as it often happens in the automotive world, leaked photos appear online before the actual premiere, and this is also the case with these Volkswagen Italdesign concepts.
The first concept is a two door Golf size model while the second concept might offer a hint towards the next generation Polo. Both cars feature a sleeker looking front fascia, but maintain the lines seen on the German automaker’s current lineup.
In terms of propulsion, rumors say the Volkswagen Italdesign concepts will use electric powertrains.
