Vin Diesel and the first Fast and Furious 8 poster

Vin Diesel has published the first movie poster of the upcoming Fast and Furious 8 on his personal Instagram account. The 48-years old actor will make his seventh appearance in the series as Dominic Toretto. In the first poster we see the message ‘New Roads Ahead’ and a New York view. 

As you may have read, New York will be the main place of filming and the movie will be in theaters on April 14, 2017. The eight part of the franchise will be direct by F. Gary Gray, while Diesel will be joined by Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, and Kurt Russel.

“Something that people don’t know is the first movie came from a Vibe article that was about street racers in New York”, said Vin Diesel in November 2015 in an interview for The Tonight Show on NBC.

More than that, it is already confirmed that the eight part of the franchise won’t be the last one. At least two more sequels are planned after the launch of the Fast and Furious 8.
