If you think this is some kind on fancy SUV stretch limo, then it is not. This is the Superbus vehicle invented by Wubbo Ockels who apparently thinks that public transportation should not be slow anymore.
The Superbus was designed by Antania Terzi, and its electric powertrain enables it to travel at speeds of up to 250 Km/h. It looks like the Superbus is designed for traveling on highways (maybe the Autobahn) and the whole project came to life thanks to the Delft University of Technology.
