We’ve seen Autocar drive the coupe version Range Rover Evoque, so now its time to see what AutoExpress thinks about the more practical 5-door version.
This new model is sportier, more affordable and less likely to annoy the environmentalists but even though it looks totaly different, the Evoque is actually based on the Freelander, so AutoExpress has conducted a series of tests in order to find out if the car is worth being badged a Land Rover.
These tests are aimed at some of the key areas Range Rovers are best known for, plus the crew wanted to find out if the new Evoque is a car with true Range Rover desirability, so they started asking people to check it out and rate it.
Finally this first part from AutoExpress’s review of the Range Rover Evoque involves a drag race with a hot hatch in order to find out is the 5-door SUV has sufficient performance.
