Porsche has recently published a short video in which it follows the latest 911’s evolution in terms of design.
The footage is a GCI animation which starts with the first Porsche 911 launched in 1963 and ends with the latest generation 911 Carrera, introduced for the first time at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show.
From this video we also get the impression that Porsche wants to underline the fact that the new generation 911 is much more than a few tweaks applied to the outgoing version, and we are starting to believe that, especially when we found out today that the new 911 Carrera S is 13 seconds faster around the Nurburgring than the old model.
