We’re obviously exaggerating, not everyone gets this kind of punishment, but it did happen to one guy who had his Mercedes S Class run over by an armored carrier as a result for parking in the bicycle lane.
The mayor of the city where everything happened (Vilnius/Lithuania) was in that armored carrier, and the whole thing is part of an effort of raising awareness on the fact that having money does not give the right of parking anywhere you want.
The best part of this video is when the owner of the misplaced Mercedes S Class walks out of the store and talks to the mayor who explains what happened and why it happened.
