As the 2010 SEMA show is about to begin, Local Motors has released a video through which it announces the debut of the production version Rally Fighter.
Developed around a welded tubular steel space frame chassis, the Local Motors Rally Fighter uses lightweight thermoplastic and carbon fiber body panels to keep total weight at around 3,500 lbs, plus it features a manually adjustable off-road suspension and a detachable front stabilizer bar.
The Local Motors Rally Fighter is powered by an LS3 6.2-litre V8 engine producing 430 HP and 424 lb-ft of torque, which spins the rear wheels via an automatic gearbox and the cabin offers a 2+2 seating configuration. As you can imagine, a high performance braking system was also required.
