Lexus is preparing to go neck on neck with the current BMW M4 and Audi RS5. The Japanese manufacturer will target the two performance coupes with its new RC F Coupe, a model that uses a completely revised 5.0 liter V8 engine, capable of delivering 450 hp and 520 Nm.
Connected to a eight speed transmission, the RC F Coupe promises to accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in les than 4.6 seconds and will reach a top speed of 270 km/h, more then the limited 250 km/h speed of the RS5 and M4.
To help promote the coupe, Lexus unveiled a video that details the development of the car and its testing session on the Nurburgring.
