When powered by its 6.2-litre V8 mated to the standard 6-speed automatic gearbox, the Chevrolet Camaro SS produces 400 horses and 395 lb-ft of torque while the manual version pushes 422 HP and 408 lb-ft of torque.
Some of the features offered on the Chevrolet Camaro SS include 4-piston performance brakes from Brembo, a stiffer suspension, launch control plus the car’s stability control system features the additional Competitive and Sort modes.
When sprinting from 0 to 60 mph the Chevrolet Camaro SS needs 4.6 seconds and GM said their muscle-car managed to lap the Nurburgring in 8 minutes 20 seconds.
