During the official launch of the 2011 BMW X3, the Bavarian automaker wanted to show that the all-wheel-drive (xDrive) system, on their new small SUV is better than the quattro system featured by the Audi Q5.
The Audi Q5 quattro vs the BMW X3 xDrive comparison test was conducted by using a special ramp that enabled both vehicles to loose traction on the fron wheels ans then the rear wheels. The video shows the Audi Q5 quatrro having troubles going up the ramp while the BMW X3 xDrive did not experience any difficulties.
