Toyota will reveal a new concept car at the 2016 Tokyo Motor Show. Named ViRA, the concept is a three-door crossover with a striking exterior look. The Toyota concept moniker was developed in order to reflect the combination between the Vitz (Yaris) and the RAV4 crossover.

Even though we can’t tell you any styling cues from the above models, the end result is pretty interesting. The concept has a sleek design with a very low roofline and a sporty profile.

As you can imagine, the Toyota ViRA concept seems to target the younger audience thanks to its design. For now, the Japanese car manufacturer hasn’t revealed any technical specifications.

We see some flush door handles, a couple of camera instead of the classic side mirrors and massive disk brakes. Even though there is not much head room in the back we think the concept will have a 2+2 arrangement. We won’t be surprised if Toyota will use an electric hardware to power the ViRa judging by the recent concepts seen in different events.

We are pretty sure that Toyota will give us full details about the ViRA next week after the official unveiling.
