We’ve seen details and photos with the new hybrid minivan after its world debut at the 2011 Detroit Motor Show, so now its time for the first 2012 Toyota Prius V video.
The footage shows the enlarged version of the regular 5-door Prius, measuring 181,7 inches in length, 69,9 inches in width and 62 inches in height in motion, on a continuous 2 minutes and 34 seconds drive.
The Toyota Prius V also has a loading capacity of 34.3 cubic feet, and apart from the various equipment features at the interior, everything else is pretty much the same as in the regular Prius. This means that power is generated by a system composed from a 1.8-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine, an electric motor and a nickel-metal battery pack for a combined output of 134 hp.
The Toyota Prius V promises to return 42 mpg in the city and 38 mpg on the highway.
