The Japanese automaker has published a teaser photo with the Toyota FT-86 II Concept which will debut at this year’ Geneva Motor Show in March.
The Toyota FT-86 II Concept is a second iteration of the initial FT-86 which was co-developed with Subaru, with both companies expected to launch their own production models based on it.
If the Toyota FT-86 II will use the same powerplant as the initial concept, then it means it produces 260 horses from a 2.0-litre turbocharged unit which will send power to the rear wheels, but we’ll still have to wait for the official info to see if that is the case.
The production version Toyota FT-86 will be launched on the US market towards the end of the year badged as a Scion.
