Rivian has started the production of the R1T pickup truck and R1S SUV. Both are electric cars, and the first deliveries have started.
In order to keep tha fans happy, Rivian has published the first pictures of the first two R1S that were delivered. As it turns out, both model remained in the family, as the CEO (RJ Scaringe) and CFO (Claire McDonough) of the company are going to drive them.
“We made our first R1S deliveries last week from our factory in Normal, IL to RJ and our CFO Claire.”
According to the Q3 report, the guys from Rivian have about 71,000 pre-orders for the R1T/R1S. As of December 15, 652 were manufactured and 386 were delivered.
