A few months ago, Citroen has confirmed that it is working on a new generation C4. The model was supposed to continue the hatchback role, but it was also made to attract the SUV customers.
As a result, the new Citroen C4 is a compact crossover that was designed to steal all the buyers whom are looking for an SUV, but still want to drive a car with the dynamics of a hatchback.
Citroen has published the first pictures with the new C4 and all the details will be unveiled on June 30. All we know for now is that the new compact crossover will have an electric version dubbed e-C4.
There are many chances to see the same powertrain that PSA is using on the new Peugeot e-2008 and e-208. As a result, the e-C4 might get a 136 horsepower electric motor and a 50 kWh battery pack.
