After we saw the track-oriented customized GT2 back in June, the Ohio based tuning company released another "monster" on the streets, and this time is the Switzer Performance Porsche 997 Twin Turbo with 800 HP that can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than 3.0 seconds. As Tim Switzer said the Switzer Performance Porsche 997 Twin Turbo comes as a result of various customers interested in the same level of power as in the GT2 offered in a more controllable package.
The Switzer Performance Porsche 997 Twin Turbo cover the quarter mile run in 10.5 seconds and among performance upgrades we can mention the GT30 turbochargers with custom billet compressor wheels on ball-bearing center sections, the race-style exhaust system, an upgraded carbon clutch package and MONSTER intercoolers.
The Switzer Performance Porsche 997 Twin Turbo with 800 HP also features electronic boost control and a revised ECU.
