Suzuki has launched a special edition Grand Vitara limited to 500 exemplars in the UK.
Badged as the SZ-T this latest model is based on the 5-door version equipped with the 1.9DDiS engine and comes with ‘exclusive’ features such as metallic paint, a newly designed front grille, new design 18 inch alloy wheels, contrasting seat fabric, silver coloured roof rails and bonnet side vents, door mirrors with built in turn signal and a tailgate mounted spare wheel.
The Suzuki Grand Vitara SZ-T also comes with Cruise Control plus keyless entry and start, while the Euro 5 compliant 1.9-litre DDiS engine from under the bonnet delivers 129 PS and 300 Nm of torque. Suzuki claims that this engine will enable consumption figures of 41.5 mpg (UK rating , combined cycle) and CO2 emissions of 179 grams per Km.
The five metallic colours available for this special edition version are Quasar Grey, Silky Silver, Blueish Black Pearl, Phoenix Red Pearl and Nocturne Blue Pearl.
The Suzuki Grand Vitara SZ-T price starts at 22,315 GBP and the car goes on sale this week.
