Toyota has unveiled two special editions for the current Supra and GR86 sport models.
The Supra’s new 45th Anniversary Edition trim pays tribute to the nameplate and comes with a Mikan Blast paint job (orange), special 19 inch wheels painted in black, a black graphics package along the door panels, and an adjustable rear wing.
Buyers can add the 45th Anniversary Edition package to the Supra 3.0 Premium grade, and the car is available either with a manual or an automatic transmission.
For the GR 86, Toyota has prepared the Trueno Edition which throws it back to 1984 with a black-and-white exterior – a color used on the original Sprinter Trueno. The special edition also has special 18 inch wheels, “Trueno” badges on the front and rear bumpers, and a matte black graphic for the body.
The package also adds some performance parts: upgraded Sachs dampers and Brembo brakes.
