According to Skoda officials, the Czech car maker is planning a new SUV larger than the actual Yeti. This decision is a part of the Volkswagen owned company’s plans to increase global sales by 50 percent over the next few years.
A second SUV seems to be a good decision because the Yeti is a very successful model. Even though there are no details about the new SUV, there are a few rumors that say it will be based on the MQB platform.
More than that, Skoda will come at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show with a five door Rapid hatchback. The model is likely to follow the lines of the VisionD Concept, the prototype seen in 2011.
