The Czech manufacturer is introducing the eco-friendly Skoda Fabia and Roomster GreenLine variants, based on the facelift Fabia and Roomster models.
The Skoda Fabia and Roomster GreenLine received new technology that will reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions and also mark the introduction of a new engine option, the 75bhp 1.2 TDI CR DPF, with high-pressure direct injection, a start-stop system, energy recuperation and gear recommendation.
The most efficent engine option available for the Skoda Fabia and Roomster GreenLine is the 1.2 TDI
CR DPF/55 kW unit that return 83.1 mph (UK rating) and emits 89 g/Km of CO2 per Km (Fabia Estate GreenLine) or 109 g per Km (Roomster GreenLine).
both models come equipped with the same 5-speed transmission found on the regular models, and at this level of efficiency the Skoda Fabia and Roomster GreenLine comply with the EU 5 emission standards.
Pricing for the the Skoda Fabia and Roomster GreenLinemodels was not announced yet.
