In an effort to make the Exeo more attractive, the Spanish from Seat are now introducing the facelift versions Exeo sedan and estate, with both models featuring newly designed front fascias and new TDI engines with improved fuel efficiency.
Visually, the new Seat Exeo facelift achieves its new identity through the revamped bi-xenon headlights which incorporate A4 resembling LED lines, and the new 17 and 18 inch alloys, while at the interior the most notable feature is represented by the new steering wheel.
Mechanically, both the Seat Exeo and Exeo ST facelift come with engines ranging from 120 to 210 HP, with the most attention received by the diesel plants which benefit from a decrease in CO2 emissions by around 7 grams per Km (129 g/Km for the sedan and 132 g/Km for the ST).
Fuel consumption figures have also improved to a combined 5.2-litres per 100 Km (5.3-litres on the ST), and according to the automaker this is only the first step, as from 2012 the Exeo range will also receive Start Stop engine technology which will further lower consumption.
For those who put more accent on sporty driving rather than efficiency the Seat Exeo range is available with the optional multitronic transmission with steering-wheel shift paddles which applies to the 200 HP 2.0-litre TSI and the 143 HP 2.0-litre TDI.
