A German company called Rotary Supercars has published a teaser with their upcoming RSC Predator GT, a car which promises to outshine the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport in terms of performance.
Powered by an 5.2-litre 8-rotary Rotary Engine the RSC Predator GT is expected to produce no less than 2,800 HP and 2,580 lb-ft (3,494 Nm) of torque, figures that might sound imposible, but would acutally make the car sprint from 0 to 100 Km/h in less than 1 seconds (0.9 seconds to be exact) and also enable a top speed of 450 Km/h (279 mph).
We’re holding ourselves back from making any comments at this point and do hope that this project is not overly optimistic.
Development for the Predator GT started in 2009 with the production version expected to hit the market in 2012 at a pace of maximum 12 units per year and with a delivery period of at least 6 months.
The car will premiere at the Top Marques Monaco in 2012, and if everything we mentioned above will indeed become reality then Bugatti will definitely need to put their thinking caps on.
