The Brits from Autocar have fresh information that indicates that Rolls Royce will expand the Ghost lineup with three additional variations : the Drophead Coupe, Coupe and LWB (longwheelbase).
The first of the three new body styles launched will be the Rolls Royce Ghost LWB which will feature the extra added length (of about 150mm) between the B and C pillars. Under the bonnet the Rolls Royce Ghost LWB will have the same 6.6-litre, twin-turbo V12 engine as the regular model.
As for the Rolls Royce Ghost Drophead Coupe and Coupe version, it is unknown at this point which of the two will get launched first.
Besides the Rolls Royce Ghost Drophead Coupe, Coupe and LWB versions the British company is also considering launching greener models, as Torsten Muller-Otvos, CEO at Rolls Royce said ‘We will evaluate alternative propulsion next year’.
