Renault introduced today the new Megane Renaultsport 275 Trophy. The car is offered with standard Cup chassis and with limited slip differential.
But, before talking what we already know, Renault announces new partners like Akrapovic and Ohlins. The new Megane Renaultsport 275 Trophy comes with standard titanium Akrapovic exhaust, finished with carbon fiber tailpipes.
On the options list, the clients will find adjustable Öhlins Road & Track dampers with steel springs. This technology, inspired from Mégane N4 rally car, allows drivers to adjust their damper settings easily. Also as an option are the MICHELIN Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres, developed jointly by Michelin and Renaultsport for this new limited edition front-wheel-drive car.
Under the hood, Renault engineers managed to extract 10 hp more, for a total of 275. The car uses the same 2.0 liter turbocharged engine, developing 360 Nm between 3000 and 5000 rpm. The fuel consumption and emissions remained the same at just 37.7 mpg* and 174g of CO2/km respectively.
