The current Porsche lineup already includes one electric car: the Taycan which can be ordered in three different body versions. But soon, the German car manufacturer will launch an electric Macan.
If this wasn’t enought for Porsche enthusiats, the company officials have announced a new electric model. It will be another SUV, but bigger compared to the future Macan.
“This [new model] will further expand our position in the luxury automotive segment. We are targeting the higher margin segments in particular and aim to tap into new sales opportunities in this way”, said Porsche CEO Oliver Blume.
When this SUV will come? Probably after 2023, the year of launch of electric Macan.
