We all know that Porsche is supporting tennis and some of the best womens in WTA ranking. Among them is Maria Sharapova, the Russian girl who made an incredible comeback in the last two years.
To help promote the Porsche name and support the sport in the US, Porsche and Maria Sharapova organized a special tournament. It was called "Maria Sharapova & Friends, presented by Porsche", and was held in San Francisco.
The event featured Sharapova, along with Former World No. 1 Andy Roddick, World No.4 and 2014 US Open finalist Kei Nishikori, American rising stars Madison Keys and Jack Sock and Britain’s Laura Robson.
The new 2017 Porsche 911 Carrera also made its appearance at the tennis tournament this weekend.
