Porsche has yet another special edition of its cars. The Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 is in the spotlight this time.
The special model is called a “Tribute To 906” – the name of the ’60s racer – and it was developed as a one-off for Porsche Japan.
The Porsche 906 won the 4th Japanese Grand Prix in 1967, and this special version of the 718 Cayman GT4 comes with a color scheme identical to the winning racer. There are also some interesting add-ons inside the car related to 906: a unique silhouette of the car, the year of the special win or the chassis number.
This is a one-off and Porsche won’t sell it as a special edition, but the guys from Porsche Manufaktur have said that all the exterior and interior modifications are available as options.
