Peugeot has published the first pictures and details of the revised 508. Just like the previous variant of the model, the 508 will be available as a sedan or as an estate car.
At the front, Peugeot 508 facelift comes with the new logo, a more aggressive grille, slimmer headlight with Matrix technology and unique DRLs. At the back, the full-LED taillights comes with the same three-claw motif.
Customers will be able to chose from three new colors and three trim levels. The range topping variant is called PSE (Peugeot Sport Engineered).
Inside the cabin is an updated infotainment with a 10 inch display, and a redesigned gear selector.
The engine lineup hasn’t been modified. As a result, the 508 facelift will be available with a tiny 1.2 liter petrol unit with 130 horsepower. For Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, Peugeot also offers a 1.6 liter with 218 HP. Alternatively, there is a 1.5 liter turbodiesel with 130 HP.
There are two plug-in hybrid versions: 180 HP or 225 HP. If you are aiming for the top, the PSE variant will be equipped with a PHEV system that can deliver 360 horsepower.
