The new Volkswagen television spot, is named "People Are People" after the song from one of the most iconic bands, Depeche Mode.
The commercial presents a variety of people (including Dave Gahan itself) from different groups singing and listening to the Depeche Mode "People Are People" song, and enjoing the new Golf.
