We all know Audi’s famous quattro four-wheel drive system, and for those of you that want to go deeper in knowing how the whole principle works we decided to publish this video posted by the automaker from Ingolstadt on their YouTube channel.
2009 Ford Fiesta Upgrades
The Blue Oval is now offering a number of upgrades for the 2009 Ford Fiesta model sold on the British market.
Some of these 2009 Ford Fiesta upgrades include the Electronic Stability Programme (ESP) as standard across the range while the top of the line Titanium variant also gets Bluetooth and USB connectivity. The 2009 Ford Fiesta is also now equipped with the company’s Stage V diesel engines that offer increased output while cutting down CO2 emissions.

Heico 2010 Volvo C30
Heico Sportiv has decided to add a bit of exclusivity to the facelift version 2010 Volvo C30.
The first thing you will probably notice are the unique 10 spoke design alloy wheels while at the back the tuner had fitted the Heico 2010 Volvo C30 with a new PUR-R-RIM diffuser that can accommodate the new exhaust system with its centrally positioned tailpipes. These two oval tailpipes are made from polished stainless steel and have a diameter of 120×74 mm.
Vauxhall Ampera production started
Opel’s British arm announced yesterday that a new important step has been passed as production for Vauxhall Ampera has started with the first pre-production unit rolling off GM’s Pre-Production Operations’ assembly line in Warren, Michigan.
In the following moths more Vauxhall Ampera’s will get built and be tested by engineers in Europe and US, as the automaker will focus on the vehicle’s final adjustments, concentrating on the car’s software and driving characteristics.
Honda CRZ Review Video
The guys from FifthGear headed to Netherlands where they shot this Honda CRZ review video as they wanted to find out if the world’s first sporty hybrid coupe really deserves this title.
The 2011 Honda CRZ uses a 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol engine plus the company’s IMA hybrid system that enables CO2 emissions of 117g/Km and a fuel consumption figure of 56 mpg.
Citroen Metropolis Photos
A set of new photos with the Citroen Metropolis has been revealed by the French automaker, some of them presenting the company’s new concept in real life environments.
As we have mentioned before the Citroen Metropolis uses a 2.0-litre V6 that runs on petrol plus an electric motor that generate a combined output of 460 BHP and 430 NM of peak torque that get sent to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission.
VW E Lavida
The VW E Lavida was revealed at the 2010 Auto Show in Beijing and is part of the German automaker’s China strategy for e-mobility.
The VW E Lavida was developed by the company’s arm in Shanghai and is based on the Golf IV platform, using a electric motor and battery pack for propulsion.
Mitsubishi Outlander Price
The Mitsubishi Outlander price for the facelift version sold on UK’s market has just been announced.
Besides the obvious changes regarding exterior design the 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander received a twin-clutch Sports Shift Transmission SST and the automaker says a special edition variant named ‘Juro’ will also be launched by July 1st.
2011 Audi RS5 review
We’ve seen Autocar’s test drive with Ingolstadt’s super-coupe, and now it is time to see what the journalists from CAR Magazine have to say about it in their 2011 Audi RS5 review.
As always opinion’s regarding a car will be divided based on a large number of factors, no matter how new or old, no matter how sporty and packed with electronics that car is. This is also the case here as where Autocar was very impressed by the car in their 2011 Audi RS5 review, the Brits from CAR Magazine put things into perspective and consider that Ingolstadt’s latest coupe can’t match the M3’s level of agility and excitement while also being slower than the Nissan GT-R.
