Hennessey HP3600 Chevy Camaro Convertible
Hennessey Performance has created their first aftermarket upgrade package for the 2011 Chevy Camaro Convertible, which they call the HPE600 due to the fact the the supercharged V8 plant from under the bonnet has been dialed up at 602 bhp and 605 lb-ft of torque thanks to a long list of modifications.
Besides the power boost of nearly 200 horses, the Hennessey HP3600 Chevy Camaro Convertible has also received an adjustable coilover suspension system from KW which can lower the car’s center of gravity by 1 inch, along with wider 20 inch double spoke design wheels riding on Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, a carbon fiber front splitter and new side sills.
2012 Mercedes SLK Price
Daimler has announced the 2012 Mercedes SLK price, as their third generation roadster goes on sale starting from March 26th.
The three models available at launch will be the SLK 200 BlueEFFICIENCY and SLK 250 BlueEFFICIENCY which develop 135 kW (184 hp) and 150 kW (204 hp) respectively from a 1796cc 4-cylinder engine with direct fuel injection, plus the SLK 350 BlueEFFICIENCY which generates 225 kW (306 hp) thanks to its 3498cc V6 engine.
2012 Chevrolet Colorado teaser
General Motors is offering a sneak peak at its 2012 Chevrolet Colorado by publishing a teaser photo with the next generation midsize pickup truck ahead of its official unveiling set for the 32nd edition Bangkok International Motor Show.
The North American automaker has chosen Bangkok as Thailand is accountable for 43 percent of the total number of pickpup truck produced under the Chevrolet name in 2010.
Chevrolet Volt Price
The Chevrolet Volt price for Germany has been confirmed at this year’s Geneva Motor Show, and GM’s electric car featuring extended-range capability will start at 41,950 Euro.
Offered with an 8-year/160,000 Km warranty on the powertrain and lithium-ion battery pack, the Chevrolet Volt is capable of covering between 40 and 80 Km on just electricity, and as much as 600 Km when the vehicle’s fuel-powered generator kicks in. As it packs 368 Nm of instant torque the Chevrolet Volt is able to sprint from 0 to 100 Km/h in 9.0 seconds, while its top speed is 162 Km/h. Recharging the Volt takes between 3 to 4 hours by using a regular 230 V power outlet.
2012 Mercedes C Class detailed specs
Daimler has released detailed specification regarding to whole engine range available for the 2012 Mercedes C Class.
With an average 31 percent increase in fuel efficiency across the range, the 2012 Mercedes C class is offered with ECO start stop as standard (except for the 300 CDI 4MATIC) and available with four petrol engines and five diesels that range from 120 HP to 306 HP.
2012 Jaguar XKR S video
The first 2012 Jaguar XKR S promo video has hit the web, and we can only say that it makes us want this beefed up performance coupe even more than when we first saw it at the Geneva Motor Show last week.
Fitted with a series of new body components which increase aerodynamics and make the car look more aggressive, the 2012 Jaguar XKR S has also be packed with a few extra horses (550 PS and 680 Nm of torque) thanks to on optimised version of the automaker’s 5.0-litre V8.
Lancia Thema Video
This is the first official promo video for the new Lancia Thema, the European version of the 2011 Chrysler 300 which debuted at the Geneva Motor Show last week. As the footage shows, the Lancia Thema does not hide its origins, and is described as offering ‘luxury, peace and pleasure’.
The engine options available for the new Lancia Thema include a 3.6-litre V6 petrol producing 292 HP and 353 Nm of torque and a 3.0-litre V6 diesel which can either produce 190 HP or 224 HP. The petrol plant uses an eight-speed automatic transmission while the diesel features a five-speed automatic.
Audi A3 Concept Video
A new video presenting a vehicle that was unveiled in Geneva last week, this time released by the Ingolstadt based automaker who underlines the characteristics of the Audi A3 Concept.

Saab Phoenix Concept Video
The first presentation video for the Saab Phoenix has been published on the Swedish automaker’s YouTube channel, and if you are not sure how to interpret some of its design elements then you’ll have Jason Castriota, its creator, offer detailed information on what this concept is all about.
With a 2+2 interior configuration the Saab Phoenix Concept has a drag coefficient of 0.25, comes with top-hinged doors for easy access, and power provided by a 1.6-litre petrol engine mated with a rear drive electric motor for a total system output of 234 HP (172 kW).
MANSORY Siracusa Ferrari 458
Apart from the MANSORY Cormeum program for Mercedes SLS AMG, a second highlight at the Swiss tuner’s stand in Geneva this year was the Siracusa, which is an upgrade kit for the Ferrari 458.
Carbon fiber is again extensively used, as the MANSORY Siracusa Ferrari 458 comes with a series of new aerodynamic components that include a new front apron with optimised air inlets that offer a better ventilation, a new bonnet, redesigned side skirts that ‘calm down the air flow between the axles’, a new diffuser fitted into the new back skirt as well as a rear wing and carbon fiber blades that replace the rear window.
