Audi A7 Price for US
US pricing for the all new 2012 Audi A7 has just been announced, and the Mercedes CLS/Maserati Quattroporte rival will go on sale starting from 59,250 USD.
The Audi A7 US price does not include the 875 USD fee in taxes and dealer charges, and refers to the 3.0T quattro model equipped with the eight-speed Tiptronic transmission. This means that under the bonnet there is a TFSI V6 that uses supercharging in order to generate 310 HP, thanks to which the new four-door coupe is able to return 22 mpg (combined rating).
2012 Volkswagen Beetle world debut
VW has officially announced the world premiere date for the 2012 Volkswagen Beetle, and that is April 18th.
The new generation Beetle will debut almost simultaneously on three continents : at the Shanghai Motor Show as well as World Stage events hosted by MTV with guest stars including Black Eyed Peas (performing in New York) and 2manydjs mixing in Berlin.
The 2012 Volkswagen Beetle will come with a series of newly designed elements at the exterior, a more comfortable interior that will make use of higher quality materials, plus new features like a touch screen display and Bluetooth.
2012 BMW M5 Concept Unveiled
It didn’t take long for BMW to release an official set of hi-res photos and a video that presents the 2012 M5, after a few images that revealed the Shanghai bound concept had surfaced on the Internet during the weekend.
The 2012 BMW M5 Concept previews the upcoming ‘premium class business sedan’ which as we mentioned before will probably retain 99 percent of the characteristics seen on the car on display in Shanghai, while at the interior things might still be unfinished considering the windows are all blacked out.
Range Rover Evoque Price
Land Rover has published pricing details regarding the Range Rover Evoque, which will go on sale on UK’s market available in three design themes – Pure, Prestige and Dynamic and with two powertrain choices : 2WD or 4WD.
The Range Rover Evoque price starts at 27,955 GBP for the eD4 5-door version with 2WD and and 6-speed manual, and reaches 44,320 GBP for the range topping Si4 Dynam
2012 BMW M5 Leaked Photos
The 2012 BMW M5 will be one of the main highlights at this year’s Shanghai Auto Show, and fortunately for us we won’t have to wait until the official opening day to see how the more powerful version of the 5 Series looks like, as a series of photos have leaked online sooner than the Bavarian automaker has probably hoped for.
These leaked photos with the 2012 BMW M5 have appeared on a Russian blog and show the Concept version which is most likely identical to what the production model will look like.
Volkswagen Touareg Hybrid with 400 HP from Je Design
When compared to the previous generation, the 2011 Volkswagen Touareg Hybrid is only 4 cm wider, which is definitely not enough according to Je Design’s standards. This is why they fitted the German SUV with a widebody kit, plus they have lowered its suspension and added a set of aluminium wheels painted in black.
The widebody kit conversion applied to the new Touareg Hybrid includes various custom components like a redesigned grille, new spoilers and wheel arches, a rear apron and a roof spoiler all made from Polyurethane (PU) and carrying a 5,355 Euro price tag. For an additional 595 Euro the tuner can add a custom exhaust system as well, featuring stainless steel pipes 90 mm in diameter.
Koenigsegg CCR Evolution by EDO Competition
The latest supercar to arrive in the hands of German tuning house Edo Competion is the Koenigsegg CCR Evolution, a model which already packs impressive amounts of power as standard.
Just like the rest of their programs, the task was ‘easy’: increase the output in order to achieve even higher performance. That is why Edo Competition has optimised the engine setup with two Rotrex superchargers and remapped the control unit in order to achieve an a total of 891 HP (655 kW) at 6,835 rpm and 900 Nm of torque at 6,275 rpm
BMW M3 Pickup Unveiled

Packing 420 HP (309 kW) under its bonnet and with a load capacity of 450 Kg the BMW M3 pickup combines sportiness with practicality, so for those race-oriented drivers who are often found in situations where they have to transport various goods, now the market is finally offering an option.
Samsung SM7 Concept Photos
It’s a phone, it’s a tv…no, it’s a sporty sedan from Samsung. This is the Samsung SM7 Concept which was teased last week, and which was unveiled today at the 2011 Seoul Motor Show.
Samsung Motors is Renault’s subsidiary on the Korean market, and their SM7 Concept previews the next generation sporty sedan which will compete in the E segment from 2012.
As the photos show, the SM7 represents a big step forward when compared to the previous generation, in both design and the overall premium feel that it radiates, with some of its features including a prominent front grille and the single line taillights that kind of remind of the new Saab 9-5.
New Light Alloy Wheels from Mercedes
Just as we are switching from winter to summer tires, Mercedes is expanding its range of accessories and introduces a number of newly designed light alloy wheels which will make all of their models even more desirable.
These alloys have the same level of quality as the standard production wheels, which means they are TUV approved. They include a 17 inch 10 spoke design set called the Incenio featuring a bichromatic palladium silver and high-sheen surface finish, an 18 inch Incenio 5 twin-spoke wheel with the same surface finish and a 19 inch set with the same 10 spoke design, but this time using a combination of black and high-sheen.
