2012 Renault Koleos Price
Pricing for the facelift version 2012 Renault Koleos which goes on sale in October 2011 has been announced. Those who are interested in the mildly revised crossover can already place their orders, with the automaker giving them the possibility of choosing between two diesel motorisations: the dCi 150 and the dCI 175.
Both engines come with 6-speed manual gearbox (the dCi 150 can also get a 6-speed automatic ) and can be linked to front-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive powertrains.

2012 Lamborghini Aventador Promo Video
Lamborghini has published a new promo video for the 2012 Aventador called ‘Quality’ in which it presents a few scenes with what it takes to make the Murcielago replacement one of the best supercars on sale today.
The footage starts with a white drawing sheet and ends with two Aventador exemplars having fun on public roads.
Video: Porsche announces return to Le Mans in 2014
Porsche announced that it will return to Le Mans with a new LMP1 car in 2014. Until then however, the German automaker has left us a video in which it underlines its heritage at the famous endurance track.
In case you are not aware of this, Porsche remains the most successful automaker in Le Mans history, with their total of 16 victories surpassing what Audi or Ferrari have achieved on the same track over the years.
Mazda MX5 Karai
Mazda’s European division has launched a new special edition MX5 called Karai, which in Japanese means ‘sharp’.
This latest ‘exclusive’ model which is based on the roadster coupe comes with a ‘Metal Green Metallic’ body finish, glossy black mirror casings, fog light surrounds and 17 inch multi-spoke design alloys plus a contrasting black metal roof.
The same theme is carried at the interior where the Mazda MX5 Karai features Recaro seats covered with black leather, a leather wrapped steering wheel, contrasting white stitching, and various accents in glossy black.
Hyundai i40 Tourer Review Video
The latest car put under FifthGear’s magnifying glass for a review, is the the Hyundai i40 Tourer, a car which starts at 20,000 GBP that competes with models like the Ford Mondeo Estate or the Skoda Superb Estate.
Considering the fact that its rivals cost only a couple of hundred pounds up to 1,000 GBP more, FifthGgear wants to find out reasons for which customers should buy the Hyundai i40 instead.
edo BMW M5 Dark Edition
The tuners from edo Competition have developed the BMW M5 Dark Edition, a car which according to them, can only be described as extremely quick and imposing.
So lets see where both these attributes come from.
The fact that its quick is due to modified V10 plant from under the bonnet, which has been upgraded to 555 HP and 560 Nm (413 lb-ft) of torque (up from 500 HP and 521 Nm / 384 lb-ft) thanks to a recalibrated ECU, high-flow air filters, catalytic converters and a custom, high-performance exhaust system.
2011 Toyota Prius Plus Performance Package
Toyota introduced a new range of accessories aimed at their best selling hybrid, the 2011 Prius. These new elements which are called the Performance Package, were first seen at the 2010 SEMA Show, and they include new front and rear bumper spoilers, sleeker side skirts and new 17 inch wheels wrapped in low profile 215/45R17 tires.
The features mentioned above do not only look sportier, but also reduce the car’s aerodynamic drag coefficient.
2012 Range Rover Evoque US Price
US pricing for the 2012 Range Rover Evoque was recently announced, with the all-new luxury crossover scheduled to go on sale this fall.
The Range Rover Evoque US price starts at 43,995 USD for the 5-door version and at 43,995 USD for the coupe. Both prices include destination and delivery fees.
Even though it was not specified, we take it that the only engine that will arrive State side will be the 2.0-litre petrol which uses fuel injection and turbocharging and which develops 240 HP.
Chevrolet Volt UK Price
The Chevrolet Volt UK price was just announced, as the world’s first E-REV car is getting ready to go on sale on the British market next year.
Unlike conventional hybrids, the Chevrolet Volt uses its the electric powertrain to send power directly to the wheels, while the petrol engine is fitted just to back up the electric motor and make sure that the battery doesn’t go flat.
