Porsche Cayman R Review Video
In the latest episode of FiftGear, Jason Plato reviews the Porsche Cayman R, a car that costs 52,000 GBP which weights 65 Kg less than the S version due to its lighter wheels, doors, seats and fuel tank.
Tipping the scale at little below 1,300 Kg, the Porsche Cayman R is really nimble and pointy in terms of handling and direction, and feels more compact also due to its 20 mm lowered suspension. The Cayman R’s 3.4-litre 6-cylinder engine has also been tuned to deliver 10 additional horsepower so instead of outputting 315 HP like the S version, it now produces 325 HP.

Infinity has published the first image with the XJ Concept, a vehicle that will serve as platform for the future 7-passenger luxury crossover, which will be unveiled at the 2011 Pebble Beach on August 18th.
The production version 2013 Infiniti XJ will join the automaker’s crossover lineup next Spring and will premiere at the Los ANgeles Auto Show in November 2011, but before we get to see the car fully unveiled, the company will release a series of seven images on Facebook (one every Thursday) over the next seven weeks.

Standard features include special interior appointments such as the contoured 3-spoke sport multifunction steering wheel, aluminum door sills with the RS logo, and RS-specific interior door handles, along with 10-way power sport front seats with three-step heating, leather seat coverings, brushed aluminum interior inlays, and available LED ambient lighting.
As the 2012 Audi TT RS has finally arrived on US shores, the four ring automaker decided to released details regarding its specifications and pricing.

BRABUS 800 E V12 Cabriolet
Brabus is back with a new badass tuning program, this time aimed at the open-top version E Class. As you all know Brabus is already famous for creating some of the word’s fastest machines, and based on their claims, this new upgrade program is no different.
So meet the BRABUS 800 E V12 Cabriolet, the world’s most powerful and fastest four-seater cabrio, a machine on which the engine has been borrowed from the S600 model, but on which displacement has increased from 5.5-litres to 6.3-litres. This engine features optimised cylinder heads, two special exhaust manifolds which integrate larger turbos, four water-to-air intercoolers and a stainless steel high-performance exhaust, all of which help increase the output to 800 hp (788 bhp) / 588 kW at 5,500 rpm 1,420 Nm (1,047 lb-ft) of torque.

Siemoneit Racing Volkswagen Golf R
If you want to pack some serious amounts of power into your Volkswagen Golf R then you need to give Siemoneit Racing, a German tuner from Stade, a call.
They can help you turn you standard Golf R into a machine that delivers 530 HP thanks to a series of modification that include a high-pressure fuel pump and a new intercooler, but if you think that is bit to much, the company is also offering a more restrained package that increases the output to 355 HP and 485 Nm which consists of a remapped engine control unit, a new intake system and a new exhaust.

Lumma Design BMW X6 xDrive40d
Lumma Design decided to produce yet another upgrade kit for those who consider that the standard BMW X6 is not quite complete.
This time they modified the xDrive40d version which they now call the CLR X 650 and on which performance figures have been raised to 340 HP (250 kW) and 600 Nm of torque from 306 HP and 600 Nm. The power boost comes after Lumma has revised the 3.0-litre straight-six diesel with a new control unit and a sports exhaust system featuring four 100 mm tail pipes.

Kicherer 2011 Mercedes CLS 500
The aftermarket specialists from Kicherer are offering a series of visual and mechanical upgrades for the 2011 Mercedes CLS 500.
They call their end product the Edition Black or The Big Black One, and in standard form the car is already very capable as it is Mercedes’s second most powerful mass produced model after the C63 AMG.
The Kicherer 2011 Mercedes CLS 500 delivers 470 PS and 690 Nm of torque thanks to a software update and a sports exhaust system, so if you do the math, the boost in output is of 92 PS and 90 Nm of torque when compared to the stock version.

Renault FRENDZY
Hours after publishing the first presentation video on YouTube, Renault has also decided to release official photos and details with the new Renault FRENDZY.
Scheduled to premiere at the 64th edition Frankfurt Motor Show, the Renault FRENDZY is described as a ‘multi-faced firend’ which could help customers in both their professional and personal lives. Axel Breun, Design Director at Renault said that “RENDZY is the must-have vehicle for flexibility and versatility. It is efficient and modern as a work tool, yet sporting and warmly welcoming for the family”.

Renault is using the social networks to tease their upcoming EV concept – the Frendzy. The first image which revealed the car’s front section was released on Facebook a couple of days ago, while today, the French company has published a new video on their YouTube Channel which presents the car inside and out through computer generated graphics.
At this point details are still very limited, with the company only sating that the Renault Frendzy Concept is a ‘multi-faced friend / a car for work and family’.

2012 Ford Fiesta Sport Special Edition
Ford wants to recapture the success it had with the Fiesta Sport + (called 1600S in UK and Sport S in Germany) launched back in February, with a new exciting model called the Sport Special Edition.
The car features a distinctive and sportier appearance and is available with two engine choices: a 95PS Duratorq TDCi which emits 107 grammes of CO2 per Km and returns 57.4 mpg (4.1-litres per 100 Km) and a more potent 134PS 160Nm of torque 1.6-liter Duratec Ti-VCT petrol which enables 0 to 62 mph sprint times of 8.7 seconds and top speed of 122 mph (195 Km/h).
