Review Video: Honda CRZ Mugen
FifthGear has recently reviewed the sportier version CRZ, the Honda CRZ Mugen which comes to ‘correct’ the regular model’s output by featuring a supercharger which enables a new power figure of 200 HP.
When compared to the standard variant, the CRZ Mugen is also equipped with sportier looking body trim, carbon fiber parts and a loud exhaust, and according to its makers, the purpose for such a car is to test reactions to a hot CRZ.
Drifting Video: 2012 Lexus LFA
MotorTrend has recently found out that drifting the Lexus LFA is an experience that can never be described in words.
This is why the following footage, which contains a matt black exemplar going sideways at the El Toro Marine Corps Air Base is only accompanied by the glorious noise produced by the LFA’s 560 bhp 4.8-litre V10 and background music which could have been skipped if you ask us.
Review Video: Skoda Fabia Super 2000
A rather unique review coming from the Brits at Autocar who this time have spent some time with the Skoda Fabia Super 200 rally car and the Goodwood Festival of Speed rally course.
The car, which weights around 1,200 Kg, has a 2.0-litre normally aspirated 4-cylinder engine under its bonnet, producing 265 HP via a six-speed sequential gearbox. The Fabia Super 2000 is also equipped with three mechanical differentials, and as you’ll see in the video, driving one of these things, especially on a narrow circuit such as the one at Goodwood, requires solid skills and quite a lot of courage.
Porsche Panamera Turbo S Video
A new video highlighting the top of the line Porsche Panamera Turbo S has recently appeared on the German automaker’s official YouTube channel.
Just like the Panamera Turbo, the S version extracts power from a 4.8-litre biturbo V8, but for the latter, power levels have been increased by 50 HP and 50 Nm, which means the total output is 550 horses and 750 Nm of torque (800 Nm in overboost mode).
2012 Mercedes SLK AMG gets 422HP V8
Daimler has recently announced the fact that the new generation 2012 Mercedes SLK 55 AMG will be offered with a new AMG, naturally-aspirated, 5.5-litre V8 engine.
This engine has been codenamed the M152 and it outputs 422 HP and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque. Based on the M157 plant which is also a 5.5-litre V8 but which uses two turbos, the M152 is 30 percent more efficient than the previous V8, and it now requires only 8.5-litres of fuel to cover 100 Km.
Lorinser Mercedes CLS Preview
Lorinser continues to preview their upcoming aerodynamic kit designed to fit the latest generation Mercedes CLS.
Instead of sketches, the tuner has this time provided photos with the real thing, but continues to remain quite as far as mechanical enhancements, in case anything was even performed in that direction. On the outside you can easily spot the fact that Lorinsen has added a more aggressive looking front bumper with larger air vents and incorporated LEDs, new side sills, a small boot lid and roof spoiler plus a revamped rear bumper.
2012 Porsche 911 Teaser Video
With only a few months left until its global premiere at the Frankfurt Motor Show, Porsche has started teasing the 2012 911 through a video that was published on their official YouTube channel.
The footage was shot in South Africa where the 2012 Porsche 911 is currently undergoing its final validation tests and even though we don’t get to see much in terms of design, there are a few interesting details that will catch your attention. Some of them include the air cooled engine bay area, the targa roof on one of the cars, and the new rim design.
Bentley SUV Rumor
It looks like most automakers are now considering entering the SUV segment, mostly because they are inspired by what Porsche has achieved with the Cayenne.
According to a new rumor that surfaced through the French at Turbo.fr, Bentley is one of those automakers who considers developing an SUV, and if that will be the case, then there’s a high chance the car will be based on an SUV from the Volkswagen Group.
Video: Jay Leno drives Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster
Jay Leno has been pretty busy lately, traveling all over the place and visiting different manufacturers in order find out more details about some of the coolest cars on sale right now. The American TV host slash comedian has recently bought himself an McLaren MP4 12C, which he also got to drive at the company’s plant in the UK, and not long after that he went to Germany where he met with AMG’s management board and also got to drive the new Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster.

Video: BMW M3 GTS vs Porsche 911 GT3 RS
Vicky Henderson and Tiff Needell from FifhGear put the BMW M3 GTS against the Porsche 911 GT3 RS in order to find out which is the the best sports-GT money can buy.
And speaking about money, the M3 GTS costs 119,000 GBP, which means around 10,000 GBP more than the 911 GT3 RS which lacks features like air conditioning or even a stereo.
