Mazda MX5 Sport Black and Mazda2 Black Editions
Even though Mazda has launched countless special edition models based on their popular MX5, it seems that there is always room for one more limited edition version.
Badged as Mazda MX5 Sport Black, the car is only available in the UK and production is limited to just 500 exemplars. According to the company, the MX5 Sport Black is inspired by the 275bhp Mazda MX-5 GT racer competing in the 2011 Britcar Production GTN Championship, with some of its special features including a black vinyl roof, tinted windows, 17 inch ‘gun metal’ alloys and a black leather interior with contrasting stitching.
2012 Cadillac SRX Details and Price
GM has recently announced that they made a couple of changes and upgrades to the latest generation Cadillac SRX in order to make the car more competitive in terms of performance.
Naturally that means that the 2012 Cadillac SRX has received a more potent powerplant, which according to GM is a new 3.6-litre V6 developing 308 horses (230 kW) and 359 Nm (265 lb-ft) of torque via a 6-speed automatic gearbox with ECO Mode.
Alfa Romeo 4C Promo Video
Even though it will debut as a production model sometime in 2012, the Italians at Alfa Romeo are already promoting their upcoming compact supercar by showing us a new video with the 4C Concept.
In case you’re having memory problems, the Alfa Romeo 4C Concept was launched during this year’s Geneva Motor Show, and apart from measuring 4 m in length, the car also weights 850 Kg and has a 1.75-litre turbo plant under the hood which is responsible for producing 200 HP via an automatic twin dry clutch transmission.

This latest spy video that appeared online recently offers the clearest view yet (from the back) of the 2012 Porsche 911.
The next generation performance model has been caught on camera while performing tests on public roads, and even though you’ll notice the complete absence of camouflage, we still don’t quite know what to make of those taillights, which are clearly inspired by the 918 Spyder Concept but seem to be covered by red paint.
2012 Honda CR-V Concept Leaked
Honda will bring the 2012 CR-V Concept at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show, but those who are already curious to see how the Japanese automaker’s upcoming SUV will look like, will have to thank the crew from Car and Driver who has leaked an official photo with the car today.
The 2012 Honda CR-V Concept will be closely related to the production version on which some of the details that will be missing will probably include the darkened headlights and the glossy black side sills.
Mercedes S Class by Carlsson
Carlsson has created two new packages which add sportiness, individuality and luxury to the Mercedes S Class.
The tuner has targeted both the S 600 L and the S 63 AMG, on which performance has been raised to 600 HP (441 kW) and 685 HP (504 kW) respectively. The Carlsson Mercedes S 600 L is also capable of generating massive amounts of torque (electronically limited to 1024 Nm) and as a result the car can sprint from 0 to 100 Km/h in 4.3 seconds (0.3 seconds faster than the standard version) and can also hit a top speed of 320 Km/h.
Mercedes C63 AMG Coupe Black Series
Daimler has unveiled their hardcore version Mercedes C63 AMG Coupe Black Series, which according to them is the fastest C Class of all time. A number of leaked photos with this new model have circulated on the web for some time now, so the real news is finding out the number behind this hot looking coupe.
Powered by a modified, naturally aspirated 6.2-litre V8, the Mercedes C63 AMG Coupe Black Series delivers 517 HP (which means 63 additional horses when compared to the regular C63 AGM) and no less than 620 Nm of torque (457 lb-ft).
Promo Video: Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster
Daimler has released a new video with the SLS AMG Roadster. This latest promo shows the open air version driving side by side with the Gullwing model, and it underlines the thrills and pleasures offered when the 3-layer fabric roof is down.
By the way, the roof on the Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster takes 11 seconds to open or close at speeds of up to 50 Km/h, and according to the automaker, the car’s luggage compartment (equal to 173 litres) is not affected by it.

.Pricing for the 2012 Scion iQ has been announced, as the world’s smallest four-seater is getting ready to arrive at dealerships across the USA this fall (October).
With power provided by a 1.3-litre 4-cylinder engine featuring the latest dual VVT-i technology, which is rated at 94 HP and 89 lb-ft of torque the 2012 Scion iQ promises to return 36 mpg in the city and 37 mpg on the highway.
