Opel, and its British arm Vauxhall have confirmed the naming on their upcoming city car. This new model which until recently was code named Junior is going to be called Adam, and together with this announcement, Opel has released a couple of photos with a camouflaged test car, and also a video that shows the new name being written on a navigation map.
The Opel Adam which is going to measure 3.7 meters in length (around 15 cm shorter than the Volkswagen Up!) and is most likely going to be offered with a new range of engine featuring direct fuel injection and emission levels compliant with the Euro 6 standards.
The new Adam is going to be unveiled at the Paris Motor Show in September and is expected to hit the European market in 2013.
