BMW Group has decided to invest 400 million Euros in developing a new assembly line in Munich which will be dedicated to electric cars. Also, the German group has come up with new logistic things.

One of them is about the next generation Mini Countryman. According to BMW Group, the new model will be produced starting in 2023 and it will be made in Germany. This will be the first Mini assembled in Germany and it will come to life in Leipzig.

Also, the German group come up with new things regarding the British SUV. It will have combustion engine versions, but it will also be available in an all electric variant.

We don’t know what type of system BMW Group will use, but we know that the Leipzig plant is the one who built the i3 and i8. As a result, the guys over there know how to come up with an electric car and this is assuring.
