Mini has big plans regarding electrification. For now, the British car manufacturer has only one example: the Cooper SE. But soon, we’ll see an electric variant of the Clubman.

Wait for it, because the guys from Mini have just published a teaser picture of a future electric crossover concept. We are confident that this vehicle will not be produced, as the British have stated that it is only a design study that will influence the manufacturer’s future lineup.

Mini says the principle behind this new design language is a style that helps new products to differentiate themselves thanks to a strong individual character.

“Purely electrically powered models from Mini give us a unique opportunity to rethink our design. At the same time, we retain the attention to detail, sense of tradition, and passion for innovation that Mini is renowned for”, said Oliver Heilmer, design boss at Mini.
