Michigan becomes first state with gas prices under 1 buck/gallon

Gas prices have continued to go down across the Michigan state, but our colleagues from WXYZ have manage to identify the lowest price in the country. At the Beacon & Bridge Market in Houghton Lake, Mich., one gallon of gas cost just 78 cents. And this is good news for all of you out there. 

If you are near Houghton Lake a Marathon Gas Station will sell you a gallon for just 95 cents. According to AAA analysts, gas prices have decreased by about 13 cents in the past seven days. 

If you are located near the Detroit city you’ll find the gas at an average price of $1.73 per gallon, a 12 cent decrease compared to the last week.
