Mercedes-Benz has announced that it will introduce the eco A-Class BlueEfficicency Edition. This eco-friendly model can be distinguished by a special front grille and round LED daytime running lights. 

The Stuttgart-based model has also received an improved underbody aerodynamics and got a reduce ride height. Under the bonnet the customers will choose from two different engines. The first one will be A 180 BE a 1.6 liter petrol unit that can produce 122 hp (90 kW). It can go 100 kilometers with 5.2 liter of petrol and have CO2 emissions of 120 g/km. 

The second choice is the A 180 CDI BE which is powered by a 1.5 liter diesel engine that can deliver 109 hp (80 kW). This version is considered to be the most fuel-efficient Mercedes-Benz of all time. It can go for 100 kilometers with just 3.6 liters of diesel.

The Mercedes-Benz A-Class BlueEfficicency will go on sale on February and it will be seen on the streets after 1st March.
