Mercedes and Ducati will highlight their collaboration, which started in 2010, at this year’s Bologna Motor Show through the introduction of Streetfighter yellow versions of the SLK 55 AMG and the Streetfighter 848.
Apart from the striking exterior finish this unique Mercedes SLK 55 AMG will also comes with black nappa leather seats with contrasting yellow stitching, an AMG Performance steering wheel, illuminated door sill panels.
Under the bonnet the SLK 55 AMG will feature the new 5.5-litre naturally aspirated V8 which churns out 422 HP and 540 Nm of torque and which enables 0 to 62 mpg acceleration times of 4.6 seconds and a top speed limited to 155 mph.
Mercedes says this model will do 33.6 mpg in a combined cycle and will emit just 195 grammes of CO2 per Km.
As for the Ducati Streetfighter 848, the bike’s outstanding appearance is matched by the revised Testastretta 11 engine with packs 132 hp and 93.5 Nm of torque and technologies such as the specially tuned traction control system (DTC).
