This year LA Auto Show Design Challenge theme is the ideal police vehicle for the year 2025. Mercedes-Benz California design team will present a concept called Ener-G-Force.
This prototype is also showing us the design philosophy that will be followed by the next generation of G-Class.
"The Ener-G-Force is the vision of an off-roader that, while reflecting tomorrow’s adventures, also invokes the genes of the Mercedes-Benz off-road icon, the G model. Modern and cool, it could also be a clue about a new beginning for the off-road design idiom of Mercedes-Benz," explained Director of Design, Mercedes-Benz, Gorden Wagener.
The Mercedes Ener-G-Force is powered by four electric motors that are kept alive thanks to a hydrogen fuel cell that will run on water. The hydrogen is extracted from water using a Hydro-Tech Converter.
