Mercedes is expanding the current Citan range with a new variant, dedicated to all of those who want more space.
Based on the Kangoo Maxi model, the new Citan extra long-wheelbase measures 4705 mm long and offers seating for seven people. It can be used as a cargo carrier or as a people carrier.
Being based on a longer wheelbase, the new Citan can transport 300 to 400 liters of luggage with the seven seats up. But when you fold the second and the third row, the capacity increases to 3500 liters.
Power comes from the same Renault-sourced 1.5 dCi engine, delivering 90 hp and 200 Nm in its standard versions. Those who want more power can opt for the 110 hp and 240 Nm version.
The new CItan long wheelbase starts at 19.400 euros in Germany.
