The Mercedes-AMG GT is now available for order in the United Kingdom. The new German supercar will have a starting price of 97.195 GBP. For this amount of money, you will get the base GT version.
It comes with the V8 4.0 liter engine rated at 462 horsepower and 600 Nm peak of torque.
GT S
If this is not enough, Mercedes-AMG is offering the GT S variant. It has a starting price of 110.495 GBP and features the same engine but it delivers 510 horsepower and 650 Nm peak of torque.
The new AMG GT S version is featuring larger 20-inch wheels, red brake calipers, bigger discs, special ride control and electronically-controlled rear differential.
GT S Edition 1
But the German car manufacturer also offers a more expensive AMG GT S. Named Edition 1 with a price tag of 122.745 GBP. The special version adds a fixed rear wing, a special front splitter and new carbon fiber accessories.
At an additional cost, buyers can order an optional Premium Pack for 4.195 GBP, It comes with a reverse camera, fixed panoramic sunroof, mirror package and a 640-watt Burmster sound system. If you want the AMG ceramic composite brakes you have to pay an extra 5.995 GBP while the AMG Performance seats (standard on the Edition 1) can be ordered for 1.895 GBP.
Availability
Deliveries of the Mercedes-AMG GT S and GT S Edition 1 will kick off in April 2015 whereas the standard AMG GT is set to arrive towards the end of next year.
