McLaren has another surprise for its fans. Its name is the 765LT Spider and, as you can tell by its moniker, it is a convertible version of the 765LT.
The new model is the fastest cabrio ever made by McLaren and uses the same V8 4.0 liter twin-turbocharged petrol unit rated at 765 horsepower.
The hard-top of the McLaren 765LT Spider is made of carbon fiber and it can be activated at speeds of up to 50 km/h (31 mph). The time needed to go up or down is 11 seconds.
The new model needs 2.8 seconds to go from 0 to 100 km/h and it can do the quarter-mile sprint in 10 seconds. The top speed is rated at 330 km/h (205 mph).
